Shipping

All objects are made by hand in our studio in Bali. We ship worldwide, except within Indonesia (for local pickup in Ubud, please contact us directly).

• — Production time: 7-14 days from payment.
• — Delivery time: 7-21 days depending on region.
• — Tracking: included in every order.
• — Customs and duties: are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Footwear is eligible for one free size exchange per order. Limited edition prints and original artworks are not returnable.

To start a return, write to hello@kintsugi.gallery within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, photograph the damage on arrival and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund.

Kintsugi Camps refund policy

Full refund 60+ days before the Camp. 50% refund 30-60 days. No refund within 30 days.
